Pamela Margolin joined the firm in 2008 and became an associate upon admission to the New York bar in January of 2009. Her practice is concentrated in medical malpractice defense. Ms. Margolin interned at the firm throughout law school, as well as at Jenson, Elmore & Stupasky in Eugene, Oregon. She was primarily involved in medical malpractice at both law firms. Throughout her third year of law school, Ms. Margolin worked with the Lane County Public Defender’s Office and was granted full, supervised court privileges. She defended clients with their criminal matters and made court appearances, including the defense of one client through trial.

Ms. Margolin brings additional expertise to the firm as a Registered Nurse. She practiced as a nurse from 1999 to 2005 and maintains her nursing license in New York State. She currently volunteers as a Registered Nurse in New York City.
