Daniel Federico joined the firm as a partner in January, 2003.  His practice is concentrated in the litigation of cases involving catastrophic injury and damages. 

Since 1991, Mr. Federico has represented many of the premier medical institutions and leading practitioners in the New York Metropolitan area.  He has also served as counsel to the medical profession in matters involving professional discipline and other regulatory concerns.

In addition to complex malpractice actions, Mr. Federico's trial successes have included labor law, products liability and construction claims. He has argued before the State's Appellate Courts, lectured on malpractice and suit avoidance and is an active member of several state and national professional associations.

In 2008 and 2009, Mr. Federico was selected for inclusion in New York SuperLawyers, in the area of Medical Malpractice litigation, a designation limited to only five percent of the attorneys in the New York metropolitan area.
