Brian Dunphy joined the firm in October 2005. His practice is concentrated in the defense of physicians and hospitals. Additionally, he represents clients in commercial and residential real estate matters, as well as trusts and estates.  Prior to joining the firm, he was an associate and trial lawyer at a New York City firm, where he defended all aspects of automotive and property claims as well as commercial transactions, real estate, and trusts and estate matters.
